CQ Tecnologia

software crafter

Software problems, solved at the root.

Slow systems, legacy code nobody wants to touch, AI features that misbehave, or an idea that needs building. In any language, CQ Tecnologia finds the real cause, fixes it properly and proves it works before handing it over.

You get a written scope and estimate before any work starts.

Sound familiar?

Each one maps to a service below.

  1. Everything got slow, and nobody knows why.Software consulting
  2. The Delphi app is stuck on an old version, and the people who built it have moved on.Software craft
  3. Your AI feature gives a different answer every time someone asks.AI integration
  4. Your team tried coding agents, and now review takes longer than writing the code by hand.Agentic engineering
  5. You have an idea and need someone who can actually build it.Software craft
  6. You depend on a component you cannot license, maintain or open.Clean-room engineering

The language is a detail. The craft is the job.

Delphi, C++, Rust, TypeScript, Python, or whatever runs your business. AI agents carry the syntax; experience carries the decisions that make software last.

Services

Every engagement ends with working software and a written record of what changed and why.

Consulting

Software consulting

Find out what is really wrong, and get a plan you can act on.

  • Architecture and code review
  • Performance and stability diagnosis
  • A written plan, ranked by cost and risk

Any language

Software craft

Software built to last, in whatever language your system speaks.

  • Desktop and back-end applications
  • Delphi and C++Builder upgrades, from Delphi 5 to 10.4 and 11
  • Multithreading and performance tuning

LLM APIs

AI integration

Put AI inside the software you already run, with answers you can trust.

  • LLM features with typed, validated output
  • Checks that catch wrong answers before your users do
  • No lock-in to one model, and costs kept in check

AI agents

Agentic engineering

Coding agents that ship work your team can trust.

  • A harness designed and set up for your repositories
  • Verification gates and review loops
  • Fully documented, so your team owns it

IP-safe

Clean-room engineering

Rebuild what a system does without copying a line of how it was written.

  • A written specification of the behavior, taken from the outside
  • A new implementation built only from that specification
  • For components you cannot license, maintain or open

How a project runs

Every fix goes to the root cause and is verified before delivery. Workarounds that hide a symptom do not ship.

  1. Describe the problem

A few lines by email is enough to start.

  2. Get a scope and estimate

In writing. Work starts only once you agree.

  3. Build and verify

Every change is checked against the source and reviewed before it moves on.

  4. Delivery

Working software, plus a written record of what changed and why.

Questions

Can AI-written code be trusted?

Only once it has been checked. Agents work inside a harness with verification gates, and every change is reviewed before delivery. Nothing ships on an agent's word.

Do you work on old Delphi systems?

Yes: upgrades from Delphi 5 to 10.4 and 11, Unicode conversion, replacing deprecated components, and moving client-server apps to multi-tenant SaaS, all with the business logic intact.

Is my project too small?

No. A focused fix or a code review is often the best place to start.

How does pricing work?

Every engagement starts with a written scope and an estimate, and nothing is billed until you agree to it.

Which AI models do you work with?

Whichever fits the job, including OpenAI and Anthropic models. Integrations are built so the model can be swapped later.

Do you work in my language?

Almost certainly. The decisions that make software good are the same in every language, and AI agents handle the syntax. Deepest experience in Delphi, C++ and Rust, with regular work in TypeScript and Python.

Got a problem to solve, or something you want built?

Describe it in a few lines. That is enough to get started.
